Welcome!

This agreement outlines the terms of service for our mobile detailing services. By booking with us, you agree to these terms.

What We Provide

  • We bring our water and electricity for the detailing process.

Cancellation Policy

We understand things come up, but to ensure smooth operations, please notify us of any cancellation or reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment. This avoids a cancellation fee of $80.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged $80.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule due to staffing, weather, or equipment issues.

  • No-shows (missing vehicle or keys) will be considered cancellations and charged $80.

  • Gift certificates follow the same policy and will be redeemed for $80 if canceled within 48 hours.

Vehicle Access

You agree to grant us access to your vehicle and its keys during the detailing job. You authorize us to move your vehicle as necessary for the service.

Service Times

Each detail package has an estimated time limit:

  • Bronze: 1.5 - 2 hours

  • Silver: 2.5 hours

  • Gold: 3.5 hours

  • Diamond: 4.5 hours

Expected Results

The condition of your car affects the final outcome. Here's a general guideline based on the time since your last detail:

  • Less than 1 year: 75% as good as new

  • 1-2 years: 70% as good as new

  • 2-3 years: 65% as good as new(gradually reduces to 25% for vehicles not detailed in 10+ years)

Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you happy! While we can't guarantee a perfect restoration, we'll use our expertise to achieve the best possible results within our time and resource constraints. We'll do a final inspection together. If there are any concerns, let us know within 24 hours so we can address them. Issues reported after 24 hours or after skipping the final inspection won't be addressed.

Liability

We take great care of your vehicle and maintain a strong safety record. However, in the unlikely event of damage during detailing, we will inform you.  We are not liable for pre-existing damage. Our maximum liability is the total cost of the service.

Payment Terms

The service fee is the agreed-upon amount on your final invoice. It reflects the time reserved for your detail, not a guaranteed outcome.  For exceptionally dirty vehicles exceeding the time limit, we may charge an additional $100 per hour at our discretion. We'll inform you beforehand.

Feedback & Photos

We appreciate your feedback (positive or constructive) at support@dgdetailz.com. We may also use photos of your vehicle for marketing purposes on our website (www.dgdetailz.com) and social media, without revealing any personal information.

Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate service with any client who exhibits rudeness, or hostility, or bypasses company channels to contact our staff.

Changes to Agreement

We may update this agreement at any time. Revisions will be posted here.

By Using Our Services, You Understand:

  • We don't guarantee specific results.

  • You pay for our dedicated service time, not a guaranteed outcome.

  • Our maximum liability is the total cost of the service.

  • Extra dirty fees may apply for excessively dirty vehicles.

  • Deposits are non-refundable as materials are ordered specifically for your job.

  • All sales are final.
