This Auto Services Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between the undersigned customer ("Client" or "You") and Dangerously Good Detailz LLC ("Contractor,” "We,” "Us,” or "Our"), effective as of the date last signed below ("Effective Date"). The parties agree.

Cancelation & Rescheduling Policy‍
‍
‍- More than 48 hours notice: No fee.
- 24-48 hours notice: $80 fee.
- 12-24 hours notice: 50% of service amount, up to $250 fee.
- Less than 12 hours notice or No call/No show: 100% of service amount, up to $250 fee.
- Client not present or vehicle unavailable upon arrival: 100% of service amount, up to $250 fee.
Note: DG Detailz reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to staffing, traffic, weather, or equipment issues. This cancellation policy also applies to gift certificate and prepaid detailing program appointments. For any cancellation or missed appointment fees, the credit card on file will be charged the applicable amount.

Late Arrival
‍DG Detailz may arrive up to 90 minutes late due to tight schedules or traffic. We appreciate your patience in such situations.

VEHICLE ACCESS, OPERATION, & SERVICE QUALITY:

The client shall provide Dangerously Good Detailz LLC personnel with access and keys to the vehicle to perform auto-related services such as detailing, ceramic coating, tinting, wrap, wet sanding, and other cosmetic enhancement services. Dangerously Good Detailz LLC endeavors to perform services to a high standard within the constraints of its resources, time, and expertise, aiming for a clean, damage-free exterior and spotless interior. The parties will conduct a final inspection within 2 hours of completion of the services. Concerns must be communicated within 24 hours. Dangerously Good Detailz LLC is not liable for concerns raised thereafter or if the Client does not participate in the final inspection.

ACCIDENTS, PRE-EXISTING CONDITIONS, & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

Dangerously Good Detailz LLC will document pre-existing damage but is not liable for pre-existing conditions. If damage occurs under Dangerously Good Detailz LLC care, the Client will be notified. Dangerously Good Detailz LLC provides no guarantees or warranties. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the service giving rise to the claim. Dangerously Good Detailz LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. 

FEES, SERVICE TERMS & PAYMENT:

Fee is the "Total Cost" indicated on your order. If the job exceeds the estimated time by over 30 minutes, additional fees will be confirmed with Client. Payment is due upon completion ONLY via Credit Card, Debit, or Cash. Late payments incur a 10% fee plus 0.5% daily interest until paid. The client pays Dangerously Good Detailz LLC collection costs. If the Client does not attend the final inspection at the end of the job, a non-negotiable 10% gratuity fee will be added to the invoice. If a job takes longer than anticipated, an extra dirty fee of $50 per additional 30 minutes may apply, subject to your approval.

Single Vehicle Policy for Full Detail Service

‍When booking a Full Detail service, this service is limited to one vehicle only. The Full Detail service will not be split between multiple vehicles; both interior and exterior detailing will be completed on the same single vehicle. Please ensure that the vehicle for which the Full Detail is intended is available during the appointment.

Access Requirements
‍To perform mobile detailing services, we may require access to water and electricity. If access is unavailable upon arrival, a fee of up to 100 of the service amount (capped at 250 will apply. If you’re unsure about water and electric access, please call (609) 200 1440.

Safety
‍Please disclose any hazardous substances in your vehicle before detailing. You assume responsibility for any health or safety risks associated with your vehicle.

Feedback, Termination & Governing Law
‍We welcome your feedback at Washme@dgdetailz.com. By booking our services, you grant DG Detailz permission to use images of your vehicle for marketing purposes, unless you object in writing. This agreement is governed by New Jersey law. By booking and using our services, you confirm that you are authorized to agree to these terms on behalf of the vehicle’s legal owner and are 18 years of age or older. You agree to indemnify and hold DG Detailz harmless from any claims or damages arising from a lack of authority to enter into this agreement.

Mandatory Gratuity Fee
‍If you do not participate in the final quality control check and inspection at the end of the job, a 10% gratuity fee will be added to the invoice. This fee is non-negotiable if you are unable to inspect the vehicle with the technician at the end of the job.These fees do not apply to recurring clients.

Acknowledgments
‍By booking our services, you acknowledge that:
- DG Detailz does not guarantee any specific outcomes or results.
- Payment is for the time and effort spent while fulfilling listed services in your package, not tied to any specific outcome.
- DG Detailz’s liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service.
- All Sales Are Final.
