The Terms of Sale are part DG Detailz’s Terms of Use and are additional terms by which all Users or guests abide when using the Service. When you book online or via phone with DG Detailz, you should read and agree to the terms and conditions of the booking prior to making an appointment. Once an appointment has been made, you are bound under the terms and conditions herein.
Packages & Prices: We offer different detail packages for various car types. Prices and contents are subject to change, but we'll update them on our website (www.dgdetailz.com).
Payment: You're responsible for removing valuables from your car before service. We are not liable for lost or damaged belongings. Detailing happens at your own risk; vehicles should tolerate standard cleaning processes. We accept debit/credit cards through a secure payment platform.
Rescheduling & Cancellation: We allow free rescheduling or cancellation up to 48 hours before your appointment.
If there is probable and clear cause that the service technician did not fulfill the package as ordered or there is clear evidence of poor craftsmanship, we will at our cost redo the uncompleted or unsatisfactory portion of the service free of charge. Any claims must be filed within 24 hours of the completion of the service by phone (609-200-1440), email (washme@dgdetailz.com), or text message (609-200-0340). Pictures of the area must be texted or emailed within 24 hours of the claim being made.
Expect a 30-90 minute arrival window for appointments due to possible delays. We'll do our best to inform you of any hold-ups.
We may offer referral programs where you can earn credits for sharing your unique referral link.
Combining coupons and credits is not allowed.
Referrals must be new customers who use your link to sign up.
We prohibit spam or fake referrals and reserve the right to cancel or adjust credits at any time.
